Sorry the final result is out of focus, I usually take two shots to avoid this.

It tasted better than it looks. I made the pastry too dry to roll out properly and I couldn’t be bothered reworking it. Anyway, it’s not like I was cooking for anybody I wanted to impress. I didn’t glaze the top either.

That was Sunday lunch, Sunday supper was cold bacon and egg pie.

Ho hum, that was Sunday.
